We are no longer accepting applications for 2011 internships. Applications for 2012 internships will be accepted beginning September 15, 2011 Eligibility Requirements Past FYF participants may re-apply if they meet the age requirements for YIC/YIS. Past participants must re-apply and are not guaranteed admission to the program. Youth who will graduate in spring or summer 2012 are ineligible. Selected students will be matched with paid, full-time 10-week summer internships in Chicagoland and downstate central Illinois in a variety of fields. These internships are an amazing opportunity for students to gain substantive work experiences, network and cultivate career-building skills. Acceptance into the program is highly competitive, but we encourage applications from students of all backgrounds and levels of experience. Find Your Future will not provide summer housing or transportation. Interns will also participate in mandatory internship training sessions.
