Our Mission

Is to provide college students formerly in DCFS care the same opportunity that a traditional family setting may provide; to have a successful entrance into the workforce.

Our Goals:

Provide hands on experience in the student's field of interest.
To make our students more marketable.
To provide a safe learning environment and network for our students to be confident in their career choices.

We do this through ten-weeks of hands on experience in their area of concentration and through soft skill program to strengthen their skill sets or education in: office etiqutte, social media etiquette, resume writing, interviewing, financial literacy, team-building, networking in professional and non-traditional settings, and a volunteer activity.

It's a well-recognized fact. In the career world, relationships are everything. Who you know makes a HUGE difference in whether or not you walk through some pretty formidable doors.

As wave upon wave of graduates edge their way out into the world of work, many can count on a solid network of parents, relatives and friends to help them make vital connections that effectively catapult them into successful futures.

For another group, this supportive network is simply not built in. Find Your Future fills the gap by connecting promising college students with challenging summer internships at employers across the Chicago area.
